Hello, my name is Masaaki Ezaki. Thank you very much for visiting this site. Although I am still inexperienced, I have a strong desire to start my career as an engineer. On this site, I have simply summarized my journey so far. If you feel any sense of connection, I would be truly glad to have the opportunity to speak with you. I sincerely appreciate your time and consideration. Thank you
In my previous role, I worked at Sprobe Inc., a Japanese IT company based in Cebu, Philippines, as a Bridge System Engineer. My main responsibility was to facilitate smooth communication between Japanese clients and Filipino engineers. Although I did not have opportunities to do hands-on coding myself, I was responsible for:
While my official title was “(Bridge) System Engineer,” the actual duties were more focused on translation, coordination, and task management rather than direct system development.
I feel that the profession of an engineer is a good match for me because it requires a constant attitude of growth, which aligns with my characteristic of “liking to continue learning.” In addition, I am strongly attracted to the fact that my own study and growth can directly contribute to both my team and society. For these reasons, I aspire to become an engineer.
Ultimately, I would like to understand both backend and frontend. However, as the first step in building expertise, I hope to work as an Infrastructure Engineer (especially in the cloud domain).
Above all, I would be very grateful if I could be given the chance for an interview. I have also organized more detailed information and thoughts in Notion and NotebookLM (*see below). However, there is absolutely no need to review them beforehand— I would be happy to share and discuss these points directly in the interview. I genuinely hope to work long-term at my next company. That is exactly why I believe it is important to share my values, decision-making criteria, and ways of thinking as openly as possible in advance. I believe doing so will help both your company and myself build a stronger and healthier relationship. Once I join, I will not insist on "my own way" or "this is just who I am." Instead, I will respect your company’s culture and rules. I will accept guidance from supervisors and leaders with humility, and continuously improve where necessary while striving for growth. I aim to build trusting relationships with those around me, and do my best to contribute with my own strengths.
